All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We ship to addresses within India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours.

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we accept returns only for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or defective products will be replaced free of charge.

Please read all product labels and usage instructions carefully before use. Keep all Ayurvedic medicines and products out of reach of children. Discontinue use if you experience any adverse reactions and consult a healthcare professional immediately. Do not exceed recommended dosages.
