Kayakalp Ashram understands that plans may change. This policy is intended to provide clarity regarding cancellation and rescheduling of bookings, appointments, wellness programs, packages, retreats, or other services, where applicable.

Cancellation requests should be submitted to Kayakalp Ashram through the official communication channel provided at the time of booking or through the contact information listed below.

Please include:

• Full name of the customer
• Booking or transaction reference
• Service, program, or appointment name
• Scheduled date
• Reason for cancellation, where applicable

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility may depend on how much notice is provided before the scheduled service or program.

Depending on the relevant service or booking, a cancellation fee or deduction may apply.

Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will be calculated according to the applicable cancellation terms.

Refund processing may be subject to payment-processing timelines and any applicable non-refundable charges communicated before the booking.

Where permitted, customers may request to move a booking, appointment, or program to another available date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and any conditions applicable to the relevant service.

Requests to change the scheduled date should be submitted as early as reasonably possible.

Kayakalp Ashram cannot guarantee that the requested alternative date will be available.

A no-show occurs when a customer fails to attend or participate in the scheduled service, appointment, program, or booking without providing an acceptable cancellation or rescheduling request within the applicable time period.

Kayakalp Ashram may occasionally need to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or discontinue a service or program due to operational, safety, staffing, facility, regulatory, or other circumstances.

Where Kayakalp Ashram cancels a booking, the applicable replacement, rescheduling, credit, or refund arrangement will be communicated to the affected customer as appropriate.

Certain events outside reasonable control may affect scheduled services, including severe weather, natural events, government restrictions, public emergencies, infrastructure disruption, travel disruption, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent the service from being provided.

In such situations, Kayakalp Ashram will communicate available options as reasonably practicable and in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking terms.

Where a customer is unable to participate due to a health-related circumstance, the customer should contact Kayakalp Ashram as soon as possible.

Any refund or rescheduling resulting from a health-related circumstance will be considered according to the applicable booking terms and any supporting information that may reasonably be required.

Where a cancelled booking qualifies for a refund, Kayakalp Ashram will process the eligible amount according to the applicable refund procedure.

Additional processing time may be required by the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

Kayakalp Ashram may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect operational, service, or legal changes.
